Milner Commercial Chartered Surveyors are a Commercial Property Consultancy with offices in Derby.

These people will only be passed your data where we are required by law or it is necessary in order to administer the relationship or work between us.

Property Searches - Website Registrants/ someone who submits an enquiry for a property via email or telephone.

We collect what data is needed in order to provide you with the details of the product you requested from us. We will provide you with other properties that you may not have requested but that we have genuinely assessed would be proportionate to your search and will have a minimal impact on your privacy.

Legitimate interest required to hold contactor data in order to hire, manage and pay contractors.

We collect information about you to understand your needs and provide you with a better service in many ways.

  • To carry out our obligations arising from any agreements entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us
  • To send you an email to verify your details when you register with us or request property details or other services and other emails for the purposes of providing and including account management or system maintenance.

  • Or as part of our efforts to keep our services to you safe and secure.

How long do we hold onto personal information?
